研究方向

我们实验室主要研究兴趣是利用转基因和基因敲除小鼠模拟疾病发生过程,揭示疾病发生机理,进行药物筛选。目前正在研究的课题包括:一方面,研究一些microRNA,RNA结合蛋白和转录因子在成体干细胞和疾病发生中的功能。另一方面,利用体内干细胞追踪技术细胞寻找干细胞的标记基因,探索干细胞在正常发育和癌症发生过程中的作用。
