张永亮博士,生物学院教授,博士生导师。

先后主持国家自然科学基金3项 (1项青年基金和2项面上项目)、国家转基因生物重大专项2项和中央基本科研业务费等。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表SCI研究论文39篇,其中第一和通讯作者(含共同)18篇, 分别发表在Nature Communications,PLoS Pathogens(2篇),Plant Physiology,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Journal of Virology 等杂志上,1篇被被F1000prime推荐,2篇被评为高被引论文。以第一发明人申请国际、国内专利3项,获得河北省科技进步二等奖1项,获得2018年度中国植物病理学会青年植物病理学家奖。

本课题组主要进行以下2方面进行研究:

  1. 植物先天免疫机理(Plant innate immunity),重点关注两类R基因-Bsr1(单子叶CC-NB-LRR)和N(双子叶TIR-NB-LRR)识别效应因子的分子机制。

  2. 植物-病毒互作(Plant-virus interaction),利用细胞生物、遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学及组学手段研究植物病毒复制、移动以及包装的分子机理。

  3. 植物病毒载体的开发和利用。
