张华 生理学博士,中国农业大学教授,博士生导师。Biol Reprod、Animal Model and Experimental Medicine等杂志编委。多年从事雌性生殖特别是卵巢卵泡发育研究,课题组聚焦于卵泡发生发育激活的上下游调控机制,采用动物模型结合细胞生物学研究手段,目标揭示卵巢中卵泡有序发育的生理-细胞及分子调控机理,凝练通过人为调控卵泡发育进程克服生殖衰老不孕不育的可能方法。相关工作发表于Nat Med、Nat Commun、PNAS、Curr Biol等国际刊物。

研究方向

现代社会人类生育障碍问题日益突出,而卵巢作为女性生殖的核心器官,担负着卵子发生和激素分泌的重要功能。作为雌性动物生殖的基本功能单位,卵巢中的卵泡(Follicles)发生发育以及激活直接决定了雌性个体的生育力以及生育寿命:在生理情况下,卵泡随着年龄增长而有序的损耗,最终导致了人类的绝经以及其他雌性哺乳动物的生殖衰老;而其发育的异常直接导致卵巢早衰等女性生殖疾病。本课题组聚焦于卵泡发生发育激活的上下游调控机制,采用动物模型结合细胞生物学研究手段,目标揭示卵巢中卵泡有序发育的生理-细胞及分子调控机理,凝练通过人为调控卵泡发育进程克服生殖衰老不孕不育的可能方法。本实验室主要期望回答的问题如下:
 1.在漫长的生殖寿命中,卵泡发育是如何维持动态平衡以保证生殖质量的?
 2.卵巢衰老的生理、细胞及分子基础是什么?
 3.如何通过改善卵巢环境、调控卵泡发育达到延缓雌性生殖衰老的目标?
