魏育蕾 博士，教授、博士生导师。多年从事不同物种干细胞的建系及其相关应用研究。博士期间研究小分子化合物对人类干细胞向神经细胞分化的影响。博士后期间研究不同物种之间干细胞的动态联系及其相关应用，构建了世界首例人类早期囊胚模型，以及世界首例马鼠嵌合小鼠，用于研究早期胚胎发育以及异种动物的嵌合体模型。截至目前，已在Nature， Cell Stem Cell，Cell，JACS等国际知名期刊上以第一/共同第一作者，共同作者身份发表多篇论文。其中，Nature论文被SCIENCE杂志评为“2021年十大科学进展”。

研究方向

1.研究异种嵌合机制，提高异种嵌和效率，期望在大动物身上获得可用来进行移植的人类器官；

2.构建大动物的类囊胚结构，开发干细胞保种，育种技术；

3.构建珍稀动物的诱导对能干细胞系，并向生殖细胞分化，进行种质资源保存；

4.研究不同物种胚胎干细胞及胚外干细胞的关系；

5.研究人类、动物胚胎着床及其相关疾病。
