研究方向
生物固氮能够为作物生长提供所需的氮素,可促进化肥减施增效,助力农业绿色发展。本课题组主要从事非豆科作物固氮菌的研究,以固氮类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus)为代表。主要研究方向:
1.固氮类芽孢杆菌资源挖掘、筛选与评价;
2.固氮基因表达调控机制;
3.利用合成生物学手段研究固氮基因的异源表达;
4. 固氮菌的发酵、微生物肥料制备及其田间应用。
