李大伟教授,1964年10月生于河南。1995年于北京农业大学获理学博士学位。2003年度国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。

研究方向

主要从事分子植物病毒学的基础理论及应用基础研究。近年来以大麦条纹花叶病毒 (Barley stripe mosaic virus,BSMV) 为研究重点, (1) 分析BSMV编码蛋白之间的相互作用、表达调控及其在病毒复制、移动和致病性中的作用; (2)BSMV编码蛋白的翻译后修饰及其功能分析;(3)BSMV与寄主植物的相互作用的分子机制, 包括关键致病因子及其氨基酸的鉴定、病毒蛋白-寄主蛋白互作的生物学功能分析等。
